Bridgeway's management team is led by ten seasoned industry executives. Our unique combination of skills, including deep legal, financial, technical, and industry experience, makes us a strong partner for our clients. From our founding more than two decades ago, we have worked as partners with our clients. Our experience gives us an understanding of the challenges that our clients face and, our success in identifying and contributing to problem resolution makes us an effective long-term partner with our clients. We understand the issues our clients face and work directly with our clients to enable them to achieve successful management and control of their legal operations.

Pat O'Donnell - Chief Executive Officer

Pat O'Donnell has been involved in software development and management for over two decades primarily directed at corporate legal departments. He previously managed groups focused on artificial intelligence and rapid application development for a Fortune 500 firm. A frequent speaker on technology's role in the corporate legal department, O'Donnell has spoken at many national and regional meetings of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He has authored articles in several publications, including The Wall Street Journal and Law Technology News. Mr. O'Donnell is a member of several national organizations including the Society, and holds a Master of Science degree from Rice University.

Keith Okano - President

Keith Okano has more than 25 years experience as a senior business, operations and technology executive with software, consulting and technology companies. His focus is identifying and creating the infrastructure of products and services to support general counsel in constructing and enhancing their high-performance legal departments. Mr. Okano leads Bridgeway's strategic efforts to drive growth through client loyalty and strategic partnerships. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA in technology management.

Sandra O'Donnell - Founder and President of Bridgeway Canada

Sandra O'Donnell has implemented a comprehensive marketing plan for client satisfaction, boosted Bridgeway's presence and standing, and improved the company's product offering in Canada. She has been involved in organizational development and business management for the past 25 years. Ms. O'Donnell previously served as Vice President of Human Resources and has experience in facilities and building management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman's University.

Cathrine J. (Cathi) Collins - Vice President, Bridgeway Research 

Cathi Collins has used her strong financial and legal background to help hundreds of legal departments improve productivity and leverage their technology investments. She has been a legal industry consultant for more than 20 years, demonstrating high performance in the areas of department productivity, cost analysis, contract/matter management, resource alignment, risk management/mitigation, compliance, e-discovery, and communication. Ms. Collins is well known in the legal community and is a sought-after speaker for many industry forums. She is a fellow of the Council on Litigation Management, a board member/secretary of the LEDES Oversight Committee, and chairs the UTBMS Expanded e-Discovery Code Set Committee, and is co-chair of CLM-College of Litigation Management Committee. Ms. Collins holds a degree in business administration/economics from Millersville University.

Michael Dalton - Vice President, Development 

Michael Dalton has more than 25 years of experience as a senior product development and technology executive. His focus is providing vision and leadership to technology organizations and delivering world-class products and services. His contributions have been instrumental in a wide range of industries, commercial and government markets, and companies, including ADP, Tripwire, McAfee, Daticon, and many others. Mr. Dalton leads Bridgeway's technology teams, including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Publications, Product Planning, and IT.

Blane Erwin - Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Blane Erwin joined Bridgeway in 1998 and develops innovative tools to increase client satisfaction and direct the company's long-range innovation efforts. His 20 years of experience in technology strategy, market research and business assessment contribute to Bridgeway's growth. Prior to Bridgeway, Mr. Erwin was director of Business Trade and Technology Strategies for Forrester Research, Inc. where he advised senior executives at firms such as Bank of America, General Electric, Lucent, and 3M about technology's impact on long-range business strategy. He has been quoted in Business Week, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal, and holds a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Rich Hall - Vice President, eDiscovery Solutions

Rich Hall joined Bridgeway in 2007. He has more than 20 years experience as a senior business, operations, and technology professional with technology, consulting, and energy companies. Mr. Hall has founded and served as an executive in software and consulting companies within the electronic discovery industry. He has direct experience with large, complex litigation and bankruptcy e-discovery challenges, including those faced by Enron. Mr. Hall's goal is to provide e-discovery solutions, at a reasonable price, to help clients address current and future needs. He holds an undergraduate degree in management science from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Andy Marsh - Vice President, Solution Services

Andy Marsh joined the Bridgeway team in 2008 and has 17 years experience in software services. He is responsible for project delivery and consulting services and focuses on enhancing the customer experience by improving quality and on-time delivery from the Bridgeway professional services group. He holds a Master of Chemical Engineering degree from London University in the United Kingdom.

Nicholas Puschak - Vice President, Product Strategy

Nicholas Puschak has more than 25 years experience in designing and selling legal information systems. He founded LawManager, Inc. in 1986, which was later acquired by Bridgeway from Thomson in 2006.  He is now glad to be part of Bridgeway, which feels more like a family than a corporation. Mr. Puschak has been deeply involved in each generation of the LawManager products and is now excited to help with overall product strategy at Bridgeway. He holds a Masters degree in electrical engineering from Drexel.

Dorian Rozas - Chief Financial Officer

Dorian Rozas joined Bridgeway in 2005 and has over 20 years experience in financial management for technology companies. His background in monitoring and controlling software implementation projects ranging from $20,000 to $100 million includes extensive knowledge in bidding, strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Previously, Mr. Rozas was controller for the Energy & Utilities division of LogicaCMG, a billion dollar global software and services provider. He holds a Bachelors degree in business administration from Sam Houston State University with double majors in finance and management.

David Samia - Vice President, Product Management/Marketing

David Samia has more than 25 years experience in software development and product management. Prior to joining Bridgeway, Mr. Samia led the IT Cost Transparency and IT Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives for BMC Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise management solutions.  In his current role, David focuses on the product and go-to-market strategies of global Enterprise Legal Management solutions including their integration across all aspects of Bridgeway offerings. Other responsibilities include product planning, field enablement and marketing execution for those solutions as well.
