Who is eligible?

Legal departments replacing another vendor's legal product and clients replacing a home grown system or anyone that is planning a full system purchase are eligible to receive discounts of up to $100,000. 

Which products are eligible?

Discounts can be applied to products in matter management, entity management, e-billing, and eDiscovery processes.

How does it work?

1. Fill out the requested information on the right with contact information and the type of product(s) interested in.
2. A Bridgeway representative will contact you within 24 hours.
3. Qualified new customers can receive a discount of up to $100,000.

When do the discounts expire?

This program is a limited time offer.  Discount certificates are valid if a Bridgeway standard licensing agreement is signed by March 31st, 2010.

Program Terms and Conditions

• Cash for Clunkers discount promotion program ("Program") is only available for prospects/clients planning to purchase one of the Bridgeway products listed above.
• The Program is a limited time offer. Bridgeway reserves the unqualified right to modify of cancel the Program at any time without notice.
• Program Eligibility: (i) prospects/clients replacing another vendor's legal product, and (ii) prospects/clients replacing home grown systems or any prospect/client that is planning a full system purchase.
• The Program does NOT apply to system upgrades or third party add-ons.  
• The Program is subject to Bridgeway's standard licensing agreement terms and conditions.
• The discount certificates for the Program are only valid if a Bridgeway standard licensing agreement is signed by March 31^st, 2010 and the product listed is purchased with the same number of users or same level.
• Three or more year hosting deals are eligible; however the award amount is divided evenly over the hosting deal years.
• The Cash for Clunkers discount amount cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• The Program discount is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
