Pat O'Donnell - CEO
Pat O'Donnell has been involved in software development and management for 25 years, the last 16 years primarily directed at corporate legal departments. He previously managed groups focused on artificial intelligence and rapid application development for a Fortune 500 firm. A frequent speaker on technology's role in the corporate legal department, O'Donnell has spoken at many national and regional meetings of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries (ASCS) and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). He has authored articles in several publications including the Wall Street Journal and Law Technology News. O'Donnell is a member of several national organizations including the ASCS, and holds a Master of Science degree from Rice University.
Keith Okano - President
Keith Okano has more than 25 years experience as a senior business, operations and technology executive with software, consulting and technology companies. His focus is identifying and creating the infrastructure of products and services to support General Counsel in constructing and enhancing their high performance legal departments. Okano leads Bridgeway's strategic efforts in driving growth based on client loyalty and strategic partnerships. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Technology Management.
Sandra O'Donnell - President of Bridgeway Canada and Founder
Sandra O'Donnell has implemented a comprehensive marketing plan for client satisfaction, boosted the company's presence and standing, and improved Bridgeway's product offering in Canada. She has been involved in organizational development and business management for the past 25 years. O'Donnell previously served as Vice President of Human Resources and has experience in facilities and building management. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman's University.
Nancy Rich - Executive Vice President, Client Services
Nancy Rich joined the Bridgeway team in 2006. Nancy has 26 years of client services focus and is responsible for Sales, Account Management and Project Delivery. As Bridgeway continues to grow and position itself in the marketplace, one key to the company's success is to constantly improve the customer experience from initial inquiry through project implementation. Rich's role is to support Bridgeway in achieving this objective. She holds a degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University.
Cathrine J. (Cathi) Collins - Vice President
Cathi Collins has used her strong financial and legal background to help hundreds of legal departments improve productivity and leverage their technology investments. She has been a legal industry consultant for 25 years, enabling high performance in the areas of cost analysis, matter management, resource alignment, risk management/mitigation, compliance, e-Discovery and communication. She is Vice President of Bridgeway Research, is well known in the legal community and is a sought-after speaker for many industry forums. Collins is a fellow of the Council on Litigation Management, and a Board member of the LEDES Oversight Committee. She chairs the Budgeting Committee, the Timekeeper Attributes Committee and the Consultant/Vendor Focus Groups for LEDES, and holds a degree from Millersville University in Business Administration / Economics.
Michael Dalton - Vice President, Development
Michael Dalton has more than 25 years of experience as a senior product development and technology executive. His focus is providing vision and leadership to technology organizations and delivering world class products and services. His contributions have been instrumental in a wide breadth of industries, commercial and government markets, and companies including ADP, Tripwire, McAfee, Daticon and many others. Dalton leads Bridgeway's technology teams including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Publications, Product Planning, and IT.
Blane Erwin - Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Blane Erwin joined Bridgeway in 1998 and develops innovative tools to increase client satisfaction and direct the company's long-range innovation efforts. His twenty years of experience in technology strategy, market research, and business assessment contribute to Bridgeway's future growth. Prior to Bridgeway, Erwin was director of Business Trade and Technology Strategies for Forrester Research, Inc. where he advised senior executives at firms such as Bank of America, General Electric, Lucent, and 3M about technology's impact on long-range business strategy. He has been quoted in Business Week, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal, and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Rich Hall - Vice President, eDiscovery Solutions
Rich Hall joined Bridgeway in 2007. He has more than 20 years experience as a senior business, operations and technology professional with technology, consulting, and energy companies. Hall has founded and served as an executive in software and consulting companies within the electronic discovery industry. He has direct experience with large, complex litigation and bankruptcy eDiscovery solutions, including those faced by Enron. Hall's goal is to provide eDiscovery solutions, at a reasonable price, to help clients address current and future needs. He holds an undergraduate degree in Management Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from the University of Houston.
Andy Marsh - Vice President, Solution Services
Andy Marsh joined the Bridgeway team in 2008 and has 17 years experience in software services. He is responsible for Project Delivery and Consulting Services and has a focus on enhancing the customer experience by improving quality and on-time delivery from the Bridgeway professional services group. He holds a Master of Chemical Engineering degree from London University in the United Kingdom.
Nick Puschak - Vice President
Nick Puschak founded LawManager, Inc. in 1986 and sold it to Elite Information Systems in 2000, which was then acquired by Thomson in 2004. He is now glad to be part of Bridgeway, which feels more like a family than a corporation. He has been deeply involved in each generation of the LawManager products and is now excited to help develop a new generation of product using the best of Bridgeway and LawManager technologies. He holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Dorian Rozas - Vice President, Finance and Administration
Dorian Rozas joined Bridgeway in 2005 and has 16 years experience in financial management for technology companies. His background in monitoring and controlling software implementation projects ranging from $20,000 to $100 million includes extensive knowledge in bidding, strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting. Previously, Rozas was Controller for the Energy & Utilities division of LogicaCMG, a billion dollar global software and services provider. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University with double majors in Finance and Management.
