TECO requires their legal staff to record their time and Bridgeway's time entry solution is so easy to use, even the attorney's are now able to enter their own time and as Laura says, "The admins love it, because they don't have to do it, so it's been great." Bridgeway's reporting solutions have allowed Laura to produce quarterly legal spend reports to the officers by outside counsel and by matter type and as she says "That has been huge, they love that." The Smart Invoice product has enabled TECO Energy to implement a more efficient invoice approval workflow. As Laura states "If someone is out of town for a week, that invoice sits there, now it can continue the process and come back around to the person." Bridgeway's solution has freed up administrative staff at TECO Energy to do other things. The financial reporting has help TECO Energy to better understand their legal spend and as Laura says "Its really opened a lot of peoples eyes."
