Bridgeway Forms President's Advisory Council

Clients Help Determine Bridgeway Direction

HOUSTON - January 23, 2003 - Bridgeway Software, Inc., the leading provider of automated corporate legal solutions, announced today that it has formed a President's Advisory Council to assist in making strategic decisions on product development, service management, and the short and long-term direction for the company.

The Council will meet biannually to assist with strategic decisions, ranging from prioritizing future product enhancements, to advising on customer communications and evaluating new product ventures. The first meeting will be held at Bridgeway corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, on February 25 - 27 th.

The Bridgeway Advisory Council is made up of 11 members from nine companies of varying sizes and major industries. The inaugural members of the President's Advisory Council are:
