Bridgeway’s annual conference features discussion panels, client presentations and networking opportunities. In addition, product workshops help clients leverage their software investment more effectively, and are designed for every level from beginners to experienced users.

October 5, 2005, Houston, TX – Bridgeway’s 11th annual User Conference last week in Phoenix, Arizona generated rave reviews from attendees and set high expectations for next year’s conference. Despite the threat of Hurricane Rita to Bridgeway’s corporate headquarters and several client locations, the warm Phoenix sun welcomed conference attendees and offered a magnificent backdrop for nurturing client relations and exchanging best practices.
“The location was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience,” said Viterose Moore from ABG Secretary Inc. “It was an exciting experience to meet the Bridgeway staff and a great opportunity to learn more about the products.”
The Wild Horse Pass Resort offered a tranquil atmosphere with interactive meetings and discussions. Special interest presentations and product-focused workshops helped attendees discover new features and advanced tools. Participants engaged in panel discussions, and received comprehensive assistance in the solutions center.
“As always, the solutions center provided an effective medium for one-on-one problem solving,” said Mary Ann Butt from Fishery Products International. “Bridgeway’s staff provided an extraordinary level of service to its clients. They are truly committed to excellence in customer relations and client satisfaction.”
Both new and advanced users of all Bridgeway products benefited from the diverse range of covered topics. Sessions provided many users with an opportunity to alleviate concerns and to build action plans. “It was like group therapy,” said Madeline Barewald from Fidelity National Title Insurance Co. “Each conference provides at least one breakthrough for me and this year it was the new web product – I can’t wait to install it.”
The welcome reception, gala event and lunch presentations also helped attendees build professional relationships and enjoy local culture. Performances included a tribal healer and native dancers. “The welcome reception was unbelievable, it was truly a memorable experience,” said Lisa Yates from Yellow Roadway Corporation. “It was an amazing opportunity to listen and enjoy the culture of the wonderful location and its people.”
