After completing a thorough due diligence process and full review of board portal options, Bridgeway selected Diligent as “Best of Breed.”
Bridgeway Diligent Boardbooks will contain all the features of Diligent's current board portal product, including an intuitive user interface that visually replicates the pages of a book permitting board members to view and comment on their board materials and archived materials from any place in the world. Leading companies assess first end-to-end solution for in-house legal departments
October 16, 2008 -- Houston, TX) Bridgeway, the leading provider of technology solutions for in-house legal departments, announced that it has launched a consortium that will assess the first end-to-end electronic discovery solution for in-house legal departments.
