New interface enables users to prepare business entity filings online in one seamless operation.
New York, NY, February 4, 2002 - Bridgeway Software SecretariatTM 5.3 users can now complete their corporate filings online using CT Corporation's CTAdvantage.com. In a joint announcement today, CT Corporation and Bridgeway Software said that the integration enables users to automatically export company data stored in Secretariat to CTAdvantage.com for use in completing business entity filings.
With this new feature, users launch the CTAdvantage.com web site directly from Bridgeway's Secretariat. All relevant company record data which the user has stored in Secretariat is automatically exported via XML to CTAdvantage.com's intelligent, multi-jurisdictional filing tool, pre-populating CTAdvantage.com's interactive question and answer session. Since data comes directly from their company records, Secretariat users realize dramatic savings in the time and effort required to complete their business entity filings, ensuring data consistency and accurate filings.
This feature is currently available for corporate qualifications. Future releases will include all other business entity filing types supported by CTAdvantage.com, including withdrawals and foreign amendments for corporations, as well as qualifications, withdrawals, and foreign amendments for LLCs.
