Bridgeway to Include Anacomp's CaseLogistix as Integral Review Platform Within Comprehensive eDiscovery Offering
(September 23, 2008 -- San Diego, CA) Anacomp® Inc., a leading business process solutions company, and Bridgeway, a leading provider of technology solutions for in-house legal departments, today announced a strategic technology and reseller alliance agreement in which Bridgeway will integrate CaseLogistix®, Anacomp’s flagship litigation support software, as the integral review platform within its new electronic discovery solution. The integration of CaseLogistix into Bridgeway eDiscovery empowers legal users to quickly organize, review, analyze and produce digital evidence, resulting in more streamlined and accelerated litigation review processes.
Bridgeway’s comprehensive electronic discovery solution is designed for in-house legal departments and supports the key processes within the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model): preservation, collection, processing, review, and production. The integration of CaseLogistix into Bridgeway eDiscovery significantly accelerates the review process, increases efficiency, reduces costs and minimizes risks. CaseLogistix is one of the most powerful and versatile litigation review platforms available today, providing a complete solution for electronic document organization, annotation, discovery management and production. CaseLogistix’s docNative™ Paradigm empowers users to view hundreds of file types, including audio and video, without the need of third party file conversions or applications. By utilizing native file review processing, users can mitigate risk by assessing original content files, cut processing fees in half by eliminating the need to TIFF documents and perform text extractions on the front end of the discovery process.
“We’re pleased to add CaseLogistix into our solution and to partner with Anacomp, which is quickly emerging as a pioneer and key player in the litigation support realm,” said Rich Hall, Bridgeway’s Vice President of eDiscovery Solutions. “We are particularly excited about leveraging the company’s innovative docNative Paradigm approach within our platform to accelerate and streamline electronic discovery.”
“This partnership brings two powerful products together in a way that provides a more complete, end-to-end approach to e-Discovery,” said Wayne Ford, Anacomp’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, Channels and Strategic Alliances. “Corporate legal departments are being driven to reduce costs and streamline operations not only to benefit their companies, but also, more importantly, to comply with mandates such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). With the addition of CaseLogistix into Bridgeway eDiscovery, corporations will have the added security of knowing that they are much closer to full FRCP and SOX compliance.”
Bridgeway eDiscovery delivers a repeatable process by design, providing a single layer for end-to-end electronic discovery, and empowering in-house counsel to control costs and support compliance. Bridgeway solutions are designed exclusively for corporate and government legal departments, and are based on close collaboration with its Fortune 1000 and government clients. The company offers the only fully integrated solution for general counsel and corporate secretaries, providing clients with one vendor and one reliable source of support.
CaseLogistix allows legal teams to quickly organize, review, analyze and produce any amount of digital evidence using an interface similar to that of Microsoft Outlook®. The system is fully Unicode compliant, is able to recognize all foreign language character sets and has been deemed European Union (EU) Safe Harbor compliant as well. Such compliance offers strong differentiation over other litigation support solutions on the market, and is highly desirable among larger, multi-national law firms and corporate legal departments.
