Bridgeway Legal Hold enables in-house legal departments to comply with evidence preservation obligations

The latest version of this web-based application aligns with Bridgeway’s strategy to provide complete legal enterprise management, while providing the most efficient and effective way to comply with evidence preservation obligations.

- Integrate Legal Hold with eCounsel® or LawManager® - Bridgeway’s industry leading matter management solutions
- Create a preservation notice with freeform text or template selection, recipient list, and document attachments
- Maintain a master list of employees and others who may receive a preservation notice
- Manage the interview process, including the recording of relevant information for collection
- Register recipient responses to the preservation notice
- Track legal hold history
- Maintain preservation and reminder e-mail templates for re-use
- Create and schedule general reminder e-mails
