Bridgeway Software’s 2010 Client Conference to Put Spotlight on Latest Advancements in Legal Enterprise Management Technologies and Best Practices

Conference Sessions will be led by Speakers from Bridgeway, Bridgeway Clients, and Partners

HOUSTON, March 26, 2010 - Bridgeway Software, the leading provider of legal enterprise management solutions, which span eDiscovery, matter management, litigation management and corporate governance, will host its annual client conference May 3 - 6, 2010 at Walt Disney World® in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.  Bridgeway's 2010 Client Conference will feature a wide variety of presentations, panel discussions, training sessions and networking events where attendees can learn more about Bridgeway's solutions.  In order to provide attendees with real world practical and usable ideas and advice, Client Conference sessions will be led by Bridgeway experts, and Bridgeway clients and partners.

The conference will commence with an optional Pre-Conference training and a welcome reception on Monday, May 3 at Disney's Contemporary Resort at the Marina. Fees for the Pre-conference full day educational training classes have been waived for conference attendees as part of Bridgeway's Free Training Program

Throughout the conference, attendees will learn about Bridgeway's comprehensive legal enterprise management solutions and current litigation technology implementations.  Highlights include:

  • Disney Institute Keynote, "Storytelling: A Meaningful Translation of Culture" - The first full day of the conference will feature the Disney Institute with the story behind the ever-present force in the nearly hundred-year history of The Walt Disney Company® and gain insights into how to use the element of storytelling to pass on the culture that keeps its business world-class.
  • Jim Kline Keynote, "Cooper Tire Law Department: How It Functions" - The day two keynote session will feature Cooper Tire's vice president, general counsel and secretary with a look inside the Cooper Tire Legal Department's use of legal technology to maximize results.
  • Workshop Sessions - The conference offers more than 45 technology and legal business process workshop sessions on Bridgeway's solutions, legal office operations, IT application infrastructure and support and legal office best practices. Notable sessions include:
    • Best practices from Bridgeway clients including Chesapeake Energy's use of Secretariat to maximize efficiency; T-Mobile's implementation of eCounsel to save time and stay informed; and Dynegy's savings with eBilling.
    • Sessions outlining integration with key partners such as BusinessObjects for unmatched data retrieval capability.
    • A review of the Fulbright & Jaworksi 2009 Litigation Trends Survey and sessions from Hildebrandt Baker Robbins on mutually beneficial alternative fee arrangements and collaboration trends for law departments and law firm.  
  • Bridgeway Demonstrations - Bridgeway will host demonstrations of its legal enterprise management solutions which are the only fully integrated portfolio of products for the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to address their eDiscovery, matter management, litigation management and corporate governance functions.
  •  Bridgeway Bash - Capping off the event on the last evening, Wednesday, May 5, is the Bridgeway Bash. Bridgeway is providing each conference attendee an "After 4 pm" theme park pass to Epcot® and a gift card for food and beverages to explore the park. Following that, the Bridgeway will host attendees at Italy Isola in the World Showcase to enjoy Epcot® IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth from a private viewing area.
