e-Discovery - A catalyst for Change

Organizations are undergoing tremendous change as the impact of eDiscovery rules and procedures evolve. Once viewed as a nuisance by business units, eDiscovery is now driving significant change and investments throughout the organization. Organizations are paying millions of dollars to comply with recent enhancements to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (2006). Legal Departments are now taking a proactive approach to managing the eDiscovery process while driving down costs.

During our Regional Forums, Rich Hall, VP of Bridgeway's eDiscovery division, will highlight how eDiscovery is a Catalyst for Change in organizations. He will also discuss a Readiness Model which identifies an organization's readiness for eDiscovery and what the proposed next steps should be.
