Training is a vital ingredient to the success of any technology implementation. With our approach to training, your staff fully learns the application functions they use in a minimum investment of time. To make training even more meaningful, whenever possible we use actual data that has been converted from your legacy system into your new Bridgeway system or data that your users bring to the classes. This greatly enhances retention of system functions.

In these challenging economic times, Bridgeway is doing its part to help our clients by providing training to help you harness the full power of our solutions—free of charge.

Bridgeway's free training program is designed to reinforce the initial training that clients receive during implementation, as well as help new employees "get up to speed" quickly. This training will help clients maximize skills in Bridgeway's most popular products: eCounsel and LawManager for matter management, 
 Legal Hold for litigation management, and Secretariat for entity management. 

Bridgeway will provide training in a variety of formats including:

  • Full or half-day classroom training in Bridgeway's Houston and Philadelphia offices
  • Targeted WebEx training
  • Information-sharing sessions with Bridgeway experts
